  1. It cost $100 to bore all 4. Its a machine shop our company uses, so they may have given me a deal.
  2. The wheels are 19x8. The ride is great, very smooth, even with the lowered suspension. With a lower profile tire, the ride is smoother, there's not as much "bounce" in the tire. But if you do hit something, its a harder hit. You just gotta stay alert and miss potholes.
  3. I just got my car out of the shop this week. 2010 Fusion SE 19" Lincoln MKS wheels (hub had to be bored larger) 235/35/19 Continental ExtremeContact DW tires Steeda springs, sway bar, & strut brace
  4. What is the width of that wheel? And the offset? I'm working on a project myself with 19" wheels.
  5. I want to install these MKS wheels. I think they will look pretty nasty with the 1.6 inch drop. I can get the wheels pretty cheap from work. I just have to bore out the hub to make them work.
  6. I traded in a 2002 Audi A4 1.8T. It was the worst car I've ever owned, and I've owned alot. All sorts of little problems that I would not accept because I expected "german quality". German quality is a load of crap, and they are hella expensive to fix. Please don't ever buy a VW or Audi unless you have a ton of money to fix problems. I'm enjoying my 2010 Fusion 2.5 SE AT because the heat and a/c work, and I can go through drive thru windows because my window actually works. Both cars are about the same size, about the same horsepower, both have good sounds systems (sync is better because of bluetooth - both have 6 disc in dash). cheaper monthly payment and better gas mileage with the Fusion.
  7. I recently traded my 02 Audi A4 in for a used 2010 Fusion SE with 16k miles. The Audi was the worst car I ever owned and I'm hoping the Fusion is better. I hope to do very minor mods, like 18" OE wheels, or maybe custom fitting some 19" MKS wheels. I work for Keystone Automotive / LKQ Corporation. I can get OE replacement parts cheap. No one should pay full price, let me know if I can help source some parts. The car is bone stock with the 17" steel wheels, nothing special enough for pics. When mods are done, I'll post some pics. Glad to be here. Nate Raleigh, NC oh yeah, here's my old Audi A4 1.8T... And an old Eclipse GST I used to have..
  8. If you've damaged a wheel, check with www.tobaccoroadauto.com. If you don't see it on there site, call them. They carry factory refurbished wheels and new aftermarket replicas of many Fusion wheels.
