  1. all 6 of my current cars are running DDM tuning HID's. havent had a single issue, and most have been installed for a few years. ive also installed over a dozen of there kits on friends cars. you really cant beat them for the price, and the fact they have a lifetime warranty, and actually stand behind it.
  2. you can adapt any of the engine covers thaat mazda used on there 2.3's and 2.5's also. just make sure to get the mounting clips also where the cover attach's too.
  3. so you just removed the stopped part of the strut so you can install the strut lower in the hub. couldnt get much easier really. that would be less work then when ive installed coilovers on struts and had to cut the perch's. and damn dood, i really do like those wheels on your car! they fit so well.
  4. i had to replace one of those on my car last year. if i remember right, it was like a $100 part. i remember it wasnt very cheap, and i wasnt happy about spending so much on such a small part. mine was the same way with the plastic nipple on it being broken off, and my hose was just floating.
  5. you could cut the springs. but thats about it that i know of short of bags, lowering springs, or coilovers. on my winter car which is a 97 mazda 626. i was able to swap over a set of early 90's escort GT strut mounts. and they bolt righ in, but the strut seat is higher up in the mount. so its a cheap way to get another 1/2 lower. not sure if there might be something like that out there for the fusion also or not.
  6. looks good! is that 3M Di-Noc covering trhe hood?
  7. ive loved the Amsoil trans fluid ive been running the past few years. and after thinking abotu it, it really is time for some new stuff in there. i used to love Amsoil oil also. but there price has became really high on that. so ive been using other oil lately though.
  8. ive had 35% on the front, and 5% on the rears of my mazda6 since 2006, and never had any issue's even when it was illegal. but now that the new law's have been passed, ill probably go alot darker on my next car.
  9. i am running the speed6 brakes on my n/a 2.3 mazda6. and the speed6 brakes need at least a 17inch wheel to clear them. i know i can clear them on my stock OEM mazda6 17's when i tested them.
  10. the dots are your dot matrix for your defroster. tint doesnt stick to it. there isnt really anything you can do after you already tint it. but alot of shops do other tricks to cover them. ive even seen shops go as far as using black nail polish to fill in the areas, then tint.
  11. i think they look great. and the color fits the car very well. if Ford put a factory 20in wheel on the fusion, i would hope the outcome would look as good as what you have.
  12. ^ that chart is not current at all. IL def allows tint on the front windows now.
  13. one of my friends on a probe forum that lives in detroit happened to see this while driving. and was quick enough to grab his camera phone. i thought you guys would enjoy checking it out. http://i468.photobucket.com/albums/rr43/Vic_Fabuless/1db0feba.mp4 :edit: and holy crap, this is my first post? damn ive been lurking for too long! lol
