November 7/23, I changed the oil with full synthetic 5w20 and OEM filter as I always do. this car is excessively maintained. Since the first start up after the OC, this aggressive ticking started and I don’t know what it could be. IMG_6798.MOV

Hey guys and gals! Need some advice on removing my auto trans cooler lines, purchased the quick disconnect tools from harbor freight, autozone, and rented the kit from autozone. Nothing is fitting and releasing the quick disconnect. Anyone have any idea where to purchase the exact tool or tips on removing them? Please let me know!

I notice on my 2015 Fusion 2.5 an irregular idle after its sat for a while. I have had it to the dealer once and they hooked it up to the scan tool and could not find anything. I have again brought it for them to look at. and they have had it a few days. I made a video for you to see....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tArM78gYIA8 Has anyone else experienced this? Or know what the problem is?

Hey guys, I remember a long time ago when I got my Fusion I was interested in a turbocharger kit but it was impossible to find one (other than the jank ones on ebay). I just happened to feel like googling it today and a link on amazon popped up. It says the models/years it is compatible with and it says: 06-11 Ford Fusion S/ SE/ SEL 2.3L/ 2.5L. Im not sure how trustworthy it is, but I typically find amazon a bit more reliable than ebay. Any opinions on this? It has yet to have any reviews :/. I read something before about our cars not having the best "u-joints" for the extra power? Im not sure what that is but its something to talk about. It says in the description that it is "Capable of boosting horse power up to 300+ BHP". This is the link: http://www.amazon.com/High-Performance-Upgrade-T04E-Turbo/dp/B00R4XTD2M

My 2010 Fusion has been making a 'grinding' noise when turning left or when accelerating from a complete stop. Turning right I never hear the noise. I have had the cv joint changed and there is no play in the wheel bearing. It gets worse in low gear when compared to drive with the same road speed. The noise goes away at high speed. On inspection I found the transmission fluid to be low, so flushed some and replaced but the noise is still there. Suspecting a problem with the differential. Any tips on diagnosis? My local garage have failed to diagnose anything feasible finding other rattles and trying to charge me for fixing.

Hello there!! I am a recently new fusion owner and new to this forum. i'm not sure this question has been answered but i'm going to ask anyways. i just did my first fusion oil change. it is a 2010 SE 2.5 auto, has about 48000 miles on it. being the type of person i am, i chose motorcraft syn blend and a motor craft oil filter. after changing my oil, the engine was noticeable louder. im not sure if its me or if the oil did something to it. when i purchased it from the dealership, there was an oil change sticker that said it used Castrol. the engine was more quiet then. i live in central texas and having 5/20 seems not enough protection for this heat. so, what kind of oil and filters do you guys use, any noise from engine after oil change, could you use 5/30 and be ok? thanks for you help ahead of time
