I don’t know if this has been done, and it’s only out of desperation and money saving that I’m planning it, but im researching doing a backwards front conversion on my 2012 Fusion SE.ive searched junkyards and pull a parts in 4 states with no luck on a bumper cover or headlights, and i don’t have the dough to purchase a bumper or headlights new. The mounting points for the fenders, hood, radiator core support, and bumper cover all match up, I’m just wondering if anyone has done this before? I’ll try to keep updates of what I’m doing.

Hi guys, I have a problem with left headlights, the Low and High beams are not working, I changed the bulb but the issue continues. I checked the voltage in the harness and shows 12v, but when the bulb is connected the voltage drops to 0. I've checked the fuse in the SJB and it's ok, but it only shows it for High beam, I don't know where is the fuse for Low beam. I'm planning to reconnect the SJB to see if it helps. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hello everyone, I'm new to this community, not that new to my Fusion. I bought it back in 2011, it´s an 09 Fusion S, automatic, no traction control. I´ve recently wanted to turn off all the warning lights (Engine, ABS, SRS and TPMS), where I'm from there´s no inspection so I didn´t care too much for warning lights unless it was a very serious problem. My Fusion has a code for ABS which is C1095, I spoke to my mechanic and he said that it could be the ABS module or pump itself or a wiring problem. Me, personally, I hope it´s a wiring problem, I checked the pump on my Fusion and the part number is 7e5c-2c346-aa. I checked everywhere and I haven´t seen a new replacement for that part, they´re all used parts. My question is: Can I use another part number for a Fusion with the "Same specs" (FWD, ABS, No Traction Control)? PD: Also where I'm from, Fords usually have wiring problems because of the heat, my transmission wiring went bust like 5 years ago (it was fixed of course). And a funny thing, I saw the fuse number 10 which is for the ABS Valves which is supposed to be a 30AMP fuse, had a 60AMP for some reason (11 years with the car and didn´t notice it).

Hello. I have a 2009 Ford Fusion SE. When I try to use my mp3 player plugged into the USB port, I can't hear anything from it. It otherwise seems to be working and displays the track title and goes through the music; it's just the audio. When I use my radio, the audio works just fine. The audio from SYNC works fine as well. When I tried to test the audio from the CD player (which honestly I haven't used in years), I've discovered the CD changer is also not working. I was able to put a CD in, but it was unable to read it. Then when I tried to eject it, it says "CD Error" and won't spit it back out. What I've tried for troubleshooting: * Checking/adjusting the volume on the mp3 player and turning it up to max volume. * Plugging in a flash drive with an mp3 on it. Still no audio from that either. * Unplugged the fuse for the SYNC; waited a few seconds; plugged it back in to reset it. Any ideas? Thanks in advance! UPDATE: I completely disconnected the battery, let it sit for about a minute, then re-connected it. The audio is working again, AND my CD player is working again. -

I have a 2009 Fusion 2.3L with 110,000 miles. So far I have had to replace the water pump,belt, idler pulley, tensioner, all motor and transmission mounts and brakes. Now my ABS module has decided to take a dump and I will need to swap it out. I was able to pick one p from a junk yard for 80.00 (new is over 700) but unfortunately these modules need to be programmed to your vehicle. Ford was unable to program the module out of the vehicle before I install it, so I will need to install it first before I drive across town to have it programmed. My question is that if I install the module that is not programmed to my vehicle, will I lose all ability to use my brakes or will I have a spongy petal like I have now? Does anyone have any direct experience with replacing an ABS module?

Hey Guys, I want to do a good grille replacement on my 09 fusion. All I've really found are the street scene ones though. They come in black chrome, black powder coat, chrome, and satin aluminum finishes. I was thinking about doing the black chrome (if it wouldn't be too dark), because I don't want really want to black out my car. My car has the white suede paint. What do you guys think would look best? Or does anyone have any pictures of the grilles on their cars? Thanks.

condensate on inside of windshield when the car is off not running and selector switch left in defrost mode and caught it the other day and i turned off defrost and it cleared up. now its still in defrost position and cars been sitting for 5 hrs off and windows up condensate on inside of my windshield and fan control is on 1

Remote Start Malfunction

2009 Ford Fusion SE V6 The car starts normally with the key, but the factory remote start has stopped working. The remote start initializes and the instrument panel and the radio turns on and the relay inside the car clicks, and then the instrument panel turns off. The car does not start or give any number of honks.
