I have a 2009 Fusion SE with automatic transmission. When I start the vehicle and go from park into reverse without removing my foot from the brake pedal, the idle is very rough and I can feel motion in the vehicle. This does not occur when going from park to drive. The motion also is not present while in reverse and moving. Any ideas what could be wrong? A bad transmission mount?

Okay Team - This is my FIRST Ford (coming from a GM family) and my first post so here it goes... Question: Can I upgrade past version 1.3 on my 2009 Ford Fusion SE? My question seems to be simple but no one can give me a straight answer. I understand that with all the versions and systems there is no one location or spreadsheet to view but I don't understand why it is this difficult to find out. According to my syncmyride profile, I have an "update available", but it appears to be from the dealership. From everything I have read and know 1.3 to 2.0 is DEALER PROGRAMABLE ONLY. Now, this is where it gets interesting... The dealership has had my car 3 times and for some reason when I do the version checker I am still on version 1.3 and syncmyride still showing "update available". Today, I finally got to someone at ford in the "super smart sync technology section" and he told me that 1.3 is as far as my 2009 Fusion will go and there are no more updates available. Now, I work as a systems administrator, so I know my way around networks, computer, and helpdesks... with that said, and looking at the online information I don't know that I 100% believe that. Can anyone 100% verify they have a 2009 Ford Fusion (without Navigation) and have successfully updated to Ford Sync version 2.0 or greater via a dealership. Thanks to anyone who can help!!!
