Hey all, I have a 07 fusion with digital fan speed control that would work when the wires were moved around down there. Shortly after it stopped working all together. I replaced my resistor, pigtail, and blower motor about 6 months ago after the same thing happened. This time around it seems to soon for the same problem. Any ideas on what else could be going wrong? I was reading other posts and thought I could have wired the pigtail in wrong. These pics are what burnt out.

2017 SE Hybrid with seven speed fan settings. Do they all hum loudly? It's clearly motor noise. On setting 1 and 2 I don't hear it. On setting 3 it's noticeable only if audio muted. On setting 4 it's clearly noticeable, on settings 5 - 7 it's annoying. I can understand the sound of the air flowing through the ducting, that's no problem with me. This is blower motor fan hum in addition. Anyone else notice this on a Fusion with the seven speed fan?

hi there, just took out my blower motor and found out - the motor is working fine - just the white fan is cracked - see pics im trying to find replacement online - but find only full set for sale. any tips were i can get that part - im not sure about the name, white fan just like in the pic attached thanks adam
