Ok. I've researched this topic for hours. I bought my 2013 Fusion Titanium lightly used and it did not come with the code card. I've tried the procedure outlined in the owner's manual to obtain it. I've looked for the stickers discussed in other posts under the driver dash (I have found stickers but no code) to no avail. I see others have had luck displaying the code using the instructions in the manual. I've tried the fobs facing both ways in the backup slot. I tried pressing the start button without starting the car following the procedure. I've tried starting it while following the procedure. I've tried all combinations of the above. No code shows up in the left instrument panel to the left of the speedometer. Both keys are set up as admin. I don't know what else to try. Can someone please give me some definitive help regarding this issue? The dealer of course wants to soak me to retrieve the code.

Found the keyless entry factory code under the drivers side dash: 1) look under the driver side dash and locate the brake pedal 2) to the left about 6 inches and up about 2 inches is a black fuse box 3) on the left side of the that fuse box and only partially viewable is a white label with a barcode with the factory number 4) I moved the steer wheel height adjustment level to the maximum "up" level. Was able to look thru from the outside at the under dash area at the lower level toward the fuse box. I put a bright light up under the dash in the area of the fuse box and was able to see the entire factory code label thru the opening in the steering wheel height adjustment area. Was able to read the 5 digit code followed by one capital letter. The 5 digit code is the one to use with the keyless entry on the driver door following the instructions in the owners manual. Hope this works for others!!
