hey everyone. i am a college student from nc but when school starts up i go back to va. i currently have 2 specv's ( a 2003 turboed and a 2004 na ) i've always been into speed and what not but recently i've had a change of heart and am interested in a mid-size sedan.. if i sell both cars and pay off a loan ill have about $9,000-10,000 with which i was considering a fusion. any suggestions, help, etc. are appreciated. i'm mainly wondering the reliability, and any problems these cars are prone to.. also if anyone has other suggestions of cars im all ears. thanks !

Hello, I recently discovered this forum and thought i would join. I live near Washington D.C and drive a 2017 Fusion Platinum, i have owned it for just over 1 year now paid 29K for it and LOVE IT! (see pic). I owned a 2013 fusion SE hybrid before but traded it for the 17 platinum for more horsepower and more trunk space. Loved the fusion since the 13 model came out and hate that it being discontinued after 2020. I do have a question for other platinum owners what do you use to keep the leather clean? just curious. Nice to meet you all!

New to fusions. Have owned a 93 gst eclipse, and a 2004 srt 4. Non turbos 95 prelude, 01 prelude, 05 is 300, 04 acura rsx type s. Did alot of ebay parts on the non turbos. Are the ebay parts for the fusions any good? On both turbos did hard pipes, bov, intake, and tune. How small are the turbos on these cars? Are they worth switching out? I have a 2015 se 2.0. Im looking into the k and n intake and a bov to start bolt ons. Its nice to be here and thanks for any advice in advance.

Hello. I purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion last week and I am having a hard time finding the settings to my remote start. I read that you go to “convenience” on the dashboard but I don’t have that option. Any ideas?

I just recently entered the ford fusion family as i just bought a used 2012 ford fusion sport. great deal for it! its black and although new the rims have pretty severe scratches on the passenger sides. I asked my dealer if he could put rims from a 2013 fusion on it and he said it shouldn't be a problem. my question is will they fit? i want to black out the outside of my car (the wheels and the windows 20%) so was hoping to put these on Wheels - 18 Inch PVD Dark Chrome Kit So will these fit, if not does anybody know of ford brand rims that are 18in and black that will fit my vehicle thanks!

Just purchased a 2010 Fusion SEL 3.0 FWD with only 7100 miles. I won't disclose actual price but it was south of 14k. Leather, sunroof, automatic w select shift, sony audio package with SYNC, all power, dual exhaust, rear spoiler, non navigation stereo. This cat was sold to an 80 year old in 2010 brand new for 28k. She drove it home and parked it in her garage only drive to the hair salon, grocery, and church. She passed away Aug '15, RIP, and her daughter settled the estate. Lucky local ad troling turned up this deal, KBB and NADA value close to 17K. All stock. Looking for ideas and on reliable, smart upgrades. Aesthetically and performance. Starting with window tint, possible plasti dip (black) grill to preserve chrome, and Thule roof rack with cargo basket for travel. Thanks! Glad to be part of the Fusion family.

Hello, Ive been looking through this forum for almost a year now, and I've grabbed a few ideas here and there, this is how I've managed to upgrade my car. But there is a small inconvenience, my car isn't reading the sensors on my new wheels. It keeps saying "monitor sensor fault" or something like that, and the icon keeps blinking. I also tried training the wheel sensor by hitting the blinking light button 6 times and then deflate the wheels as the monitor tells me but it keeps saying "tire not trained". If somebody can help me please with this issue, it would be very much appreciated.

Hi everyone:) So my '93 Camry recently died and now it's time for a new car. I love the look of the Fusion and from what I have read they seem like pretty solid cars. I wanted to ask for some feedback/information from some people that know more about the Fusion than I do... I'm aiming for a 2007. Does anyone know of any common issues this year model might have? Consumer Reports rated it "much better than average" but rated the electrical and climate systems only "average" while the Fusion got "better than average" or "much better than average" ratings for everything else. Also, what are some things I should be looking for in a Fusion that I might not realize I'm looking for? I seriously appreciate anyone who takes the time to read/respond/laugh at me. Thanks !
