  1. Sold my 2017 2.0 Ecoboost Fusion a few months ago so selling the intake from it. Intake and air box are in very good condition and comes fully assembled along with install instructions. Asking $150. Will cover shipping to lower 48.
  2. Sounds great; just took it off when I sold my Fusion. Works on any 2010-2012 Ford Fusion with the 3.5L V6 engine. Intake model number: 555-3158. $150 Shipped (lower 48 only)
  3. Hey guys, so a few months ago I ended up with a 2012 Ford Fusion SEL that used to belong to my grandpa. It's basically brand new, only has around 20,000 miles on it. Anyway, I'm familiar with the fact that the little 4 banger can't make a lot of power, but I'm looking to get as much out of it as I can (yes, I've looked into trading it for a V6 Sport from the same model generation, but I can't find one with miles as low as mine lol). I saw that Steeda makes performance parts for the car, and I do actually see my self buying the front strut tower brace from them as it's a pretty good deal, but when I looked at the cold air intake it was like $250! so I started looking for cheaper options and I came across this kit on Ebay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/BLUE-2006-2012-FORD-FUSION-2-3-2-3L-2-5-2-5L-HEATSHIELD-COLD-AIR-INTAKE-KIT/261368078579?fits=Year%3A2012|Model%3AFusion|Engine+-+Liter_Display%3A2.5L|Make%3AFord&hash=item3cdac060f3:g:I4sAAMXQVERSyPvJ yes, before you say anything I am all too familiar with the reputation Ebay car parts have, but I was just wondering if it worth the price diffference? Is there any possibility that I could use this down the line in tandem with one of those SCT X4 tuners to get more performance out of it? is there really any difference between that kit and a steeda cold air intake beside maybe the quality? they both appear to have heat shields, so how much of a performance difference is there between them? -sidenote, my buddy has a 1999 Pontiac Grand-Am shitbox with a 2.4L and bought a $30 cold air intake from the same seller and hasn't had any issues so far.

New to this forum and new to my fusion. I picked up this 2011 Sport in gorgeous white after searching for an 11 or 12 sport. Looking to do some upgrades, lighting, cold air intake, etc in the near future.
  5. Hello Everyone, I've noticed that K&N does not mark its 2013-2016 CAI (K&N part No: 63-2585) for use on the 2017 and 2018 models. While I do know that Steeda provides adequate CAI for my fusion year, I was wondering if anyone has managed to use the earlier model K&N CAI in a 17/18 2.0 EcoBoost fusions. On another, and for more grand note, is there a difference in induction routing between the 13-16 models and the 17/18 models of the 2.0L EcoBoost fusions? Thanks very much.
  6. This may not be a new thread but I have been unable to find the information searching this site. Can anyone tell me if there is a cold air intake system available for the 2016 Fusion Titanium that is legal in California? I have not been able to find a manufacturer that can sell them here but I would be surprised that there isn't one available.
  7. First of all, sorry if this is in the wrong spot. It involves engine mods and exterior mods so I wasn't sure where to put it. I just bought a 2015 Fusion SE on Black Friday. I love the car but I'd like for it to be a little more exciting so I have a list of mods in the back of my head that I want to do. The first two mods I'm considering are a cold air intake and fog lights. Now, I've read a million different opinions about whether or not Cold Air Intakes are effective and each thing I read says something different. On the other hand, with the fog lights, at this point I can only afford about half of the parts I need with the Christmas money I have. My question is, if it were you, which of the two would you get right now, and why? Cold Air Intake or start piecing together a fog light kit? Thanks in advance! Happy New Year everyone.
  8. Having a lot trouble with this hose clamp removal can anyone help is. out with this I've attached pics

  10. Is a cold-air intake worth it? I am no mechanic, but I've heard they will increase gas milage. Does anyone have experince and/or recomendations on this? I have a '10 Fusion Sport
  11. Hi there, I own a 2006 Lincoln Zephyr. I'm looking into a cold air intake system as well as performance chips. Have a few questions: 1) Mechanically, is there a difference (under the hood layout etc.) between a '06 Ford Fusion (3L V6) and a '06 Lincoln Zephyr (3L V6)? If no, has anyone installed a cold air intake designed for a fusion on a zephyr? (such as K&N Part # 69-3515TS http://www.knfilters...?Prod=69-3515TS). 2) Any suggestions/comments on performance chip upgrades? 3) Anyone have any other suggestions to up HP/torque, in the $500-1000 range? Thanks!
  12. So I'm looking for a little extra power and MPG. Which cold air system is best for a 2009 2.3L fusion SE?
