I'm looking to install an aftermarket head unit in my 2012 SE without navigation. All of the dash kits I've found include the slot for the info screen. My new head unit will already display that information, so it is just a redundancy. Has anyone found a dash kit that abandons the stock info screen? Attached is a photo of what I've found available, as well as a stock bezel for the Navigation option which is what I'm hoping to find except with the regular non-nav control cutouts. I'd also be willing to do a swap for the stock Nav bezel. I know it's pretty involved and is not plug and play, I just haven't found information on everything that would actually need to be swapped. If I could find that info, I do have the skills to complete it. -
Heat and ac defrost work fine all zones when I accelerate from a stop sounds like a golf or ping pong ball in such/dash same when I turn. If I slow down abruptly sounds like a vent door slamming. ?????driving me nuts

Chrysler got it right on the '96 Cirrus we had. You could disable the stupid automatically dimming of the dash lights when the headlights came on. Is there way to disable this stupid feature on the 2014 Fusion, short of snipping wires? Why some designer or engineer would think it's a good idea to dim the dash lights is beyond me. The rotary / push button control does nothing to help. I don't know about others, but I like to see the speedometer, fuel gauge etc. at night as well as daytime.

I am needing help locating information on how to remove a dash for a 2013 Fusion. The air bags deployed in front end crash. I have repaired the damage, but now have to replace the dash. Having a heck of a time finding any documentation on removal. Can anyone have a reference or point me in the right direction. Thanks !

I'm looking to replace on of my vent in the center. I'm having problems getting the storage unit out. After I unscrewed the two screws on top. There is still something in the middle i cannot get to. I do not want to just rip it out nor cut anything. I read somewhere their is a screw near the driver side foot. But I can't find it. If you know please post a picture of where it is if you can. Or a great description. Thank you.

I have an extremely annoying plastic rattling noise in my dash up by the windshield while driving. The long vent for defrosting seems to be an issue. When I press down on the end of the vent toward the passenger side the rattling goes away or you can barley hear it. Of course the rougher the road the louder the rattling. It sounds like something down in there. Anyone having this problem? I don't want to have to go to the dealer if I don't have too, it's such a hassle. I have seen similar topics about this but none have mentioned the defrosting vent by the windshield.

I am installing 5 led single lights, one in each door, one in the front center cubby hole. 2014 fusion eco-boost 2.0L. where do i wire them all to so they only come on with the dash back-lighting as well as be dimmed with the rest of the dash lighting as well. ?

I have a 2015 ford fusion. Yesterday was our first real cold day this fall (-10 C) and when I started the car in the morning to go to work a bunch of lights came on in the instrument cluster. ABS, AIRBAG, TRACTION CONTROL, TIRE SENSOR FAULT, SERVICE ADVANCE TRAC. THERE IS ALSO NO BACKUP CAMERA OR POWER ASSIST STEERING & POWER ASSIST BRAKES? The ONLY light that did not come on was the check engine light. Has anyone else had this problem? I also have a 2007 ford explorer and when it was new the first winter everyday the temp was below zero the airbag light would come on. Ford dealership assured me it was not a problem and that the airbag would still be functional. Just wondering if all these error lights will go off at some point and everything is actually still ok?

I have a 2013 Fusion, Ecoboost, six speed. 48,000 miles. I have a noise coming from high on the dash, near the defroster/windshield. Only happens when moving over 25 mph and gets louder/faster as car speed increases. Turning HVAC system off has NO affect on the sound. Very hard to describe noise. Almost sounds like constant radio static, but not electronic, it sounds mechanical. Noise completely stops when car comes to a stop. Also, the noise did start about 1000 miles ago and seems to be getting louder. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Good Afternoon everyone, I have a 2014 Fusion SE. I'm in the market for a double din bracket that replaces the current center console stereo controls. Through all my research though, I haven't had any success of finding a kit. Is there one available? If not, is there one planned to be made and sold? Thank you for all your help.

This is driving me crazy. I have a rattle in or around my dash of my 2013 Fusion SE equiped with Myfordtouch. I first thought it was the instrument panel (left lower side) but if I gently bump the top of the dash, it sounds like it may originate from there. I have tried stuffing a card in the cracks, holding certain areas of the instrument panel and no luck. Every small bump run over makes it rattle. To bad, up until now, this has been one of my favorite cars! Anyone have any ideas? Will a dealer even fix this?

I have a 2007 Ford Fusion that I love. Awhile ago the center button on the dash broke off along with the spring. I have tried searching for this part but have been unsuccessful. I was hoping that someone might now the name or part number for this or even where I can order it so I can get it fixed. I miss having that for storing my sunglasses and wallet while driving. I have a picture attached to what exactly I'm trying to find. Thanks for your help.

So I've been trying my hardest to find a piece for the 2010+ Fusion that keeps the carbon fiber trim around my radio. All of the Metra and Scosche kits are one piece options that don't really match. But the other day I was watching some YouTube videos on radio installs, and came across this video: The problem is that the piece is from a company in Brazil and the whole site is in Portuguese (spell check). http://www.flashaudiostore.com.br/molduras/molduras-ford-fusion-2-dim.html Anyone know where else these may be available? And if not, anyone know Portuguese?! LOL! Seriously, I think this would help a lot of people out and look awesome in our cars. -
Got a 2008 I'm trying to put in a touch screen but don't know what size will fit got thinking 7 inch but not sure.
