My Car: 2015 Ford Fusion SE 1.5L DL Turbo DOHC 4cyl, Black How do I get the fuel door assembly off of the car so I can fix the fuel door spring/hinge assembly? It does not look like there are any screw heads at all. The fuel door incorrectly wobbles up and down.

First of all I want to thank everyone in advance who answers this, my wife wreaked her 2010 fusion sport, and I have to replace the front clip bumper hood fender ect, the passenger door I will find one off a 2010 to 2012 my question is can I change her front clip to anything newer she really like the look of the ones a little newer. Is it possible to go with like a 2015 or something front clip thank you

I purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion Titanium new and currently have 2200 miles on it. It has developed a noisy rattle/buzz in the drivers side door. I can tap on the soft touch portion of the door above the interior latch (from door lock almost to the front) and hear it buzz. I took it to dealers and explained, they said they fixed it 'per ford specs' and said a clip was loose. Driving home it was doing the exact same thing. Strange thing is on the passenger side, when you tap the same area it sounds solid and makes no noise. Drivers side sounds hollow behind the soft touch panel. Is there some sound deadening material behind there that maybe was overlooked? Vibrations are heard when certain notes are played on stereo (I dont crank the bass!). Looking for anyone else with similar issue or hoping someone from Ford actually reads this and cares about customer satisfaction. Thanks! G

2010 Fusion, 2.5L SE With the lights off and doors closed, there is no “lights on warning chime,” but when the door is opened, then warning chime goes off. Any ideas on what is causing this? Fuse? Does anybody else have issues with their passenger side front door seal sneaking it's way out of the groove? Mine keeps doing this and it makes the passenger door harder to open because it is interfering with the rear passenger door 2013 Fusion SE with Appearance package and 2.0L EcoBoost

Anybody else have an issue with wind noise being excessive from the passenger door? I also have a problem with the door opening hard due to the rubber seal sneaking it's way out of the channel and causing interference between front and rear door of passenger side. I have 2013 Fusion SE with Appearance Package and 2.0L EcoBoost

For about a month now, I've been dealing with my driver door not locking via the keyless entry remote on my 2006 Fusion. I've been unlocking it manually with the key. It'll make the sound, it just doesn't unlock or lock. I've been trying to find a forum to fix this issue but I've had no luck. Will replacing the whole handle do the trick or is it something else? -
I have a 2014 Titanium and on each door is a small red LED that lights up when I lock the car, and turns off when the car is unlocked. One of these lights are out, and I don't want to go through the hassle of removing the door panel to replace that light if I don't have to. It almost seems as if it can be popped out with a screwdriver but when I tried it did not budge. Does anyone have experience with this? I can't seem to find an answer anywhere! (In this picture its the small circle on the left top of the door)

Hi, I'm having an issue with my 2006 Fusion. The piano black door pillar post trim (passenger side, rear) has bent outwards, separated from the body of the car, and now becomes stuck on my front passenger doorframe every time I open the door. This has bent the trim panel & makes it difficult to open and close the door without causing more damage. The trim is bent now and looks awful, and I'm afraid to open my front passenger door. Has anyone ever seen this issue with a fusion before? Any advice as to how I should fix it? I'm including a picture showing the panels in question circled. Thanks in advance!

I have a 2013 fusion that I purchased as a Certified Pre-owned vehicle about a month ago with 15,000 miles on it. Since I purchased the vehicle I have taken it to my local ford dealer 5 times becasue of a rattle in the speakers/doors. the result of each visit was: 1. after i picked it up and noticed nothing was fixed i called them and they said that they couldnt find anything wrong. so I scheduled visit #2. 2. I sat in the car with the tech and they said they heard the noise so after inspection they ordered a new speaker and told me to bring it back the next day. 3. they instaled the speaker and returned the car to me claiming it was fixed but it wasnt. 3. they replaced a trim piece on the drivers door and again claimed it was fixed when it wasnt. 4. they repaced the same trim piece on the other 3 doors and yet again claimed it was fixed when it wasnt. 5. they took the door pannels off and told me they thought something had gotten between the speaker and the door pannel on the drivers side and yet again returned the car to me unfixed. what could the problem be? the dealer says they cannot find anything abnormal but the rattle is terrible and very anoying. has anyone had experience with this issue? is there anything else i need to tell the dealer to check?

I've got an '07 Fusion with a problem that's been bugging me for a while. On the driver's side door panel, the vinyl that covers the control panel (where I rest my left arm) is detached from the back where it meets the door. It creates a sizable bump so that when I rest my arm there, it's quite irritating. It seems that the vinyl wraps wraps down and around a lip as it hugs the door. I've been able to push some of it down, but I've never been able to get the entire piece back into place; I basically just end up moving the bump around. I've read that I'd need to remove the door panel to fix it, and since I'm probably about to trade it in on a '14 or '15, it's not a huge deal, but does anyone have a cheater way of fixing it?

I pulled way too hard on my passenger door handle while it was locked and it popped out can anyone give me any hints as to how to fix this

I have a 2007 Ford Fusion. The driver door will not open from either the inside or the outside. I have read a bunch of posts in this site about broken interior door handles, but mine seems to have slightly different symptoms: namely, that mine cannot be opened from the outside (other posts mention opening the door from the outside by reaching out the window), and there is no visible broken part. When I unlock via the remote fob, it makes several clicking/grinding sounds (more clicks/different sound than the standard unlock sound). This issue happened once before, about a month ago, but seemed to self-correct (I got out via the passenger door, ate lunch, and the driver door worked fine when I went to leave the restaurant). I thought it was a one-time (user error?) issue, but now it's happened again. Any ideas?
