Just finished my car today, loved the end result (minus license plates that are being replaced for black ones) Things done to it: -OEM Sport sideskirts, spoiler, Wheels -Aftermarket “Sharkfin” antenna -Akkon Headlights, tailights -Steeda lowering kit -Chrome trim/emblems blacked out -Wheels blacked out -Debadged (minus emblems) -Smoked side markers -Smoked 3rd brake light Waiting on custom made seat covers, I’ll post update when they arrive. Should be here Wednesday.

2010 Sport 198k Miles Hello, First time poster but have been rummaging the site for for quite some time to diagnose problems. A quick backstory is that I noticed my drivers side inner tie rod had a lot of slop. When I removed it I noticed that basically the joint exploded. Rusty grease was all along the arm of the rack. Much stiffer driving now but Im noticing a clunk when even barely turning the wheel in that area. I probably should have researched more but I can get very impatient which I did in this case. I guess the question is, From my memory, I did not clean up the rusty grease on the rack. Could not doing that damage the rack seals? Additionally, I do have a moderate PS leak. Fairly confident the leak is not from the rack but from the hose that runs along the radiator. My radiator does have a lot of PS fluid on it on the passenger side.

I have a light but pronounced burning, smoky smell in my car when using the blower. Any clues?

I just recently entered the ford fusion family as i just bought a used 2012 ford fusion sport. great deal for it! its black and although new the rims have pretty severe scratches on the passenger sides. I asked my dealer if he could put rims from a 2013 fusion on it and he said it shouldn't be a problem. my question is will they fit? i want to black out the outside of my car (the wheels and the windows 20%) so was hoping to put these on Wheels - 18 Inch PVD Dark Chrome Kit So will these fit, if not does anybody know of ford brand rims that are 18in and black that will fit my vehicle thanks!

2010 Ford Fusion Sport 88k Miles about 2 months ago my brake all of a sudden didnt work properly, I had to push it all the way to the ground to make it stop, and it didnt stop very well. Took it to ford, and they said the rear brake caliper needed replacing , and the ABS module was shot , so they replaced with with a used one. about $750 Got the car back, and it wasnt much better , so I took it back. They said the used ABS module was leaking and it needed a replacing, so I got a new one installed. They got the new one, and was ready to give it back, but the new one failed, so they had to replace it again. They tested it and said it still wasnt right, checked the master cylinder and said that was also and issue, and had to replace that and bled it twice. It was at ford for about a week. Just got it back today and it STILL is not better. IM gonna call again in the AM about it. Does anyone know what else could be wrong? should I get a second opinion ? Are they pulling my leg here? any help or advice would be appreciated, thanks!

I'm currently at around 85,000 miles and every once in a while my check engine light and wrench light will come on and it throws the code P0976. I had the code read at O'reillies and I was told it was transmission shift solenoid 2. This has happened once a few months ago and now twice in 2 weeks. It's fine in the morning. The first two times it happened I was going up a slight hill that didn't require a downshift but the lights came on and I felt a little jolt. When I slowed down it would come down to third but wouldn't up or downshift. Select shift mode doesn't do anything when this happens. The fluid has never been changed as far as I know but when I check it it's full. I've had the car since 50,000 miles. I'm probably going to change the fluid and hope that helps. I've recently put a new battery in because the last one was 3 years old and went bad. Other than this I've never had any issues with the car. I've searched everywhere for someone else with this problem but I haven't found anything. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi all, just stumbled upon this forum. I'm the proud owner of a 2010 Fusion Sport. It is my second, my first one was totaled in a head-on collision. I give the fusion credit for saving my life! I will only ever own Fusions because of it!

Hello! I have a 2010 3.5L FWD FSport, I'm wondering if anyone with the same car as me has purchased/installed the GForce performance chip, they are being sold for $69. I figured that performance chips like the GForce that are advertised all over google are cheap and a waste of money? I eventually will be putting in the Steeda CAI w/tune but in the meantime, what will these chips actually do? Any actual mpg/HP improvement ? I appreciate your time in advance, Thanks!

Hey Guys, I was looking into lowering my Fusion Sport. I have been looking into H&R and Eibach lowering springs. Any suggestions towards which I should go with. As well has there been any issues with it messing up the AWD system/alignment after lowering? Thanks!
