Hi guys, I have a problem with left headlights, the Low and High beams are not working, I changed the bulb but the issue continues. I checked the voltage in the harness and shows 12v, but when the bulb is connected the voltage drops to 0. I've checked the fuse in the SJB and it's ok, but it only shows it for High beam, I don't know where is the fuse for Low beam. I'm planning to reconnect the SJB to see if it helps. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I replaced my headlights last week with some HID / LED and they absolutely sucked so I wanted to go back to stock. While the HID's were still installed the drivers high beam and drivers fog light went out. I replaced the HID / LED bulbs with the factory ones and they still don't work. I have tried checking some of fuses blind because there isn't a dedicated fuse for them so I have no idea where to start. Things i have done. The bulbs are good (tested on passenger side) Driver headlight housing is good and high beam is working (tested on passenger side plug) Confirmed power is not getting supplied to the high beam at the connection to the housing Confirmed power is not getting supplied to the fog light at the connecting driver wheel well area Please help -
I have a 2011 Ford Fusion, SE 4 door, 6 cylinder gas. The automatic headlight sensor stopped working and headlights would be on all time unless I manually turned the switch to off. I installed a new sensor in the center of the dash under the windshield. Now the dash lights go dim and bright when I cover and uncover the sensor (normal), but the headlights stay on. I suspect there may be a relay somewhere but the owners manual does not call it out. Help... Thank you, V/R Bill -
I'm trying to determine the pinout for a 2016 Fusion headlight assembly, and have not been able to find anything online. I've managed to figure out most of the pin with a help from a multi-meter, but I can't figure out what pint 6 is supposed to be... Anyone have more information on the headlight connector pinout? -
Hey all, I have a 2009 Ford Fusion the passenger side headlamp keeps turning off. When I inspect the bulb I see that it is not damaged. I am able to get the bulb to turn back on by jiggling the harness wires. It will usually stay on for a day or two but will eventually turn off again. I suspect the wiring harness is damaged. I've ordered a new headlight connector but before I go cutting up my wiring harness I'd like to ensure that is actually the problem. Is there anyway to diagnose the wiring harness? I would obviously like to DIY it and avoid a dealership bill if possible but I'm willing to pay if it means preventing future headaches. Any ideas on other possible solutions would also be appreciated. Thanks, MK20 -
2014 fusion se ecoboost, looking for custom tail lights, head lights, lights behind grille which will be wired into running lights, a light to replace those reflectors in the back, anything else to make it stand out, also thinking about lambo front doors and gull wing the back

Weird LED Light Pattern

I installed GTR LED headlight bulbs on my car the other day. Overall I have enjoyed them, and think they're pretty good so far. However, I have noticed the light pattern to be a little strange and don't really understand why. I'm not sure if I need to aim them differently or what, but I would like to have a sharper cutoff and not as much stray light as I appear to be having. Any assistance on this issue would be greatly appreciated! -

Last summer (2012) I put 8000k HIDs in for my low beams. They worked fine until around September. The driver side light always works but the passenger side will randomly not turn on. When this happens, the ballast makes a short loud buzz and the light fails to ignite. Sometimes (rarely) the light will come on after turning the headlights on and off a couple times. Other times both lights will work perfectly. Sometimes, the light will both work and fail in the same day. I've never had the light turn off while it worked (during driving). Any one have this problem, a solution, or any ideas for this problem? Thanks

Ive been wanting to black hose my taillights and headlights but I'm trying to figure out the best and safest way to do this. I dont want my headlight or taillight to get moisture in them i want to seal them either. please share any ideas you have
