Hey, I've got a 2012 Fusion that I do so love. The chrome grill on it I have plasti-dipped, however being that it is the grill, the plasti-dip tends to chip a lot since I do a lot of back road driving (I live out in the middle of the country) I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge on where I can find one (reasonably priced of course, I'm ballin on a college student budget here). The only one I have been able to find that is not chrome is quite expensive for each piece. If you don't have ideas on where I could buy one, what about how I could get it permanently blacked out? Maybe professionally painted or some other DIY tips?

My wife was driving her car down the interstate tonight and all of a sudden the orange wrench light came on the car lost power ( would not let her do more that 40 MPH ) and the battery indictor went to 0. She said going up hill near our home the car wouldn't go more than 15 MPH. When she got home she shut the car off and then started it up again and everything went back to normal. She drove around the block for a while in order to charge the batteries again and everything seems fine now. I took it for a drive and I did not experience a loss of power or any of the issues she described to me. Has anyone else had these issues and if so what was the culprit? Any advise would be wonderful since this situation couldn't have come at a worse time. The company we both work for seems to be getting ready to file chapter 11 and we have been cutting back so we have some money to survive on. She has an interview tomorrow and I am worried she will be stranded by this car. Kind regards, Geno -
So I just got a 2015 Ford Fusion SE AWD. I have had it for about 4 weeks. Got an in dash alert saying "Steering Assist Fault Service Required". The car is completely dead, not able to start. Had to get the car towed by flat bed to the dealer yesterday. They had it all day yesterday (1/19) and still have it today (1/20). I got 2 calls regarding the car from the service area....and they have no idea what the problem is or how to fix it?? Funny thing is the main guy who runs the service department said hes never seen this problem before. The car had 1200 miles on it. This is my first Ford I have been with Volkswagen for around 15 years. Not a good start to my Ford experience! Although they are giving me a rental so I can get to work which is nice. -
Im new to cars and want to replace my fusions rims. I have to stock 17inch ones but they're chipping. Few questions. 1. Where can I buy them? 2. What do you recommend? 3. Please just help haha.

Hello everyone, I am needing some help ASAP! I have a 2010 Fusion sport with the manufacturer Sony system. I have a double din deck I am half way through installing and OF COURSE IT DOESN'T WORK! I have purchased: -PAC C2R FRD1 radio interface module We got the deck running but there a no sound. My buddy installs car audio and it even has him stumped. He thinks we might need a relay to supply enough power to the factory amp to make it work. Any one have any input? We noticed that the wiring diagram with the module didn't neasicarly match up perfectly... Somedays I hate owning a ford

I can not get the small metal clips undone from the chrome ring on the lower grille. Trying to take it off and note break it. -

I was just wondering if anyone on here new if theres a way to add a video input to the in dash NAV screen. im trying to install an XBOX 360 in the car so i can play some games while on lunch break at work. does anyone know of a device or even a plug and play harness?? please any info is welcome..
