I have the 2013 Fusion and iPhone 7. I upgrade to the latest version of SYNC with MyFord (NOT MyFord Touch), and the Siri functionality was broken in this release. It makes it a bit of a pain as siri used to just come right through the speakers before but now, I have to mess with iphone settings in order to get siri to work... which saves me from interacting with my phone while driving. Anybody else have this issue? I was told by the Sync team at Ford that this was intended but I would love to roll back if possible.

Despite you NOT being able to send texts, you ARE capable of having them read to you without jail breaking your phone. (I am driving '13 fusion hybrid w/ MyFordTouch w updated software & iPhone 5) All you have to do is: 1) Pair your iPhone 2) in the phones Bluetooth setting hit the blue arrow next to 'sync' 3) turn on show notifications 4) restart your phone You cannot see previous texts within your phone, only the texts you receive while the phone/sync is connected. (Hence the iPhone feature 'notifications') According to computer nerds if you jailbreak your phone you can have full features including iPhone's Siri feature through your steering wheel's functions Enjoy (Cuz somthin is better than nuthin)
