I have a 2013 Fusion titanium with intelligent access but that feature does not work it won’t detect me when I grab the door handle it won’t open the car for me I have to open it with the buttons on the key fob, when I get in the car and press brake pedal and push the bottom to start the car it says “no key detected” I need to put the key on a cubby in center console to start the car. the car is a rebuilt title with rear end damaged, i heard the antena for the key to be detected is on the rear end but I don’t know if that’s the part that I need to replace. -
I bought a used 2013 Fusion Titanium with keyless entry (push start button) and I notice that when you pull the door handed it should unlock all the door and just by climbing inside, press the brake and the start button it should start the engine but not in my case, I have to put it on a certain slot on the center console in order to start the car, at first I thought it should be the battery on the key fob but the lock/unlock, truck, panic, and remote start works fine. I bought another key a brand new one thinking that should solve the problem but it does not, i think that something (sensor or part) is not working properly because it does not recognize the key that is close to the car to open the door with the handle or even start the car , it pop out a message saying “No Key Detected”
