Hello everyone! (Please excuse if this is in the wrong category, I just joined the forum and I am still learning the site! ) I have a 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid SE, I have had some issues with my fusion and need a bit of feedback on what an issue I have may be. Recently, I have had some issues with alignment and vibration in the steering wheel. My 2018 Fusion has ~102,000 miles and sees heavy daily use. At idle and while driving, my steering wheel has had a slight vibration (nothing too bad yet, but enough to be annoying), and pre-alignment pulled to the right slightly. After the alignment, instead of pulling to the right it pulled to the left within alignment spec. The alignment was just done yesterday (08/05/2023) I have replaced the following parts within the last 2,000 miles. - Wheels (235/45/R18) - Sway Bar Links - Bearing/Hub Assemblies (they needed it desperately) - Rear Shocks - Rear Sway Bar Links Might this be an issue with the Lower Control Arm/Ball joint, and if so what brand won't break the bank? I just wanted to get some feedback of other owners prior to ordering the parts. I know I also need struts assemblies but I am waiting on my next payday for those. Thanks in advance!

I have a 2015 Ford Fusion Hybrid Energi and the other day I was on my way home from work doing about 75 and in front of me was a lifted pickup truck. The truck drove over a whole truck tire sitting in the middle of the freeway and needless to say I didn’t have time to react quick enough and I hit it head on. It sounded like it ripped the entire underside of my car but my car seemed to take it like a champ and was driving fine. When I got home I noticed the front bumper had a crack in it but other than that nothing was leaking or anything. I am still not having any issues with it. Was wondering if there could still be serious damage to the underside of my car. I don’t know much about cars in general but I noticed that the Ford Fusions have a protective shield under the car. Obviously you guys have no visuals to go off of but based on my description, how likely is it that my car is badly damaged and I should immediately take it in to get it looked at? I’m asking because I don’t want to take it in unless it’s absolutely necessary but I also don’t want my car to randomly break down in the next few days. Thoughts?

Hey everyone! So I just made my first big purchase for my 2014 Ford Fusion. I bought Pegasus Lexani 20' rims for her! I've done some research around it and I figured I would also just ask some general questions for all of you who are more knowledgeable than me. 1. What are some general concerns and some things I should know with 20 inch rims on my car? 2. Any recommendations on some low-profile tires for the 20' rims? 3. I know the rim size change will affect my speedometer (I believe it will read ~5-10mph faster than what I'm actually going) Is there anyway to change that? I would appreciate some general info or anything you guys have to offer! Thanks for the help everyone, ~ Bryson Dahlin
