Where is the keyless remote module located in the 2011 Ford Fusion? I need to disconnect the power from it to try resetting it. My wife's remotes have both stopped working, after only working when right next to the car for some time. They've both had new batteries and that didn't help. Seems to be an issue with the wireless receiver. -
For about a month now, I've been dealing with my driver door not locking via the keyless entry remote on my 2006 Fusion. I've been unlocking it manually with the key. It'll make the sound, it just doesn't unlock or lock. I've been trying to find a forum to fix this issue but I've had no luck. Will replacing the whole handle do the trick or is it something else? -
I have a 2006 Fusion SEL and lately I've been having trouble using the remote start. Usually, when it does work, I hold down the button and the horn chirps twice and then starts right up. Now that it's winter, it just chirps once and doesn't do anything at all. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the car battery because the car battery is 6-7 years old.

Anyone know of any aftermarket Remote Start options for 2017 Ford Fusion? Viper looks like a good choice. -
Seems both remotes for my finance's 2011 SE aren't working most of the time. They work intermittently but the majority of the time recently they fail to lock or unlock the car. I've replaced the batteries in both and the issue still persists. Suggestions?

Hey Folks - I have a 2014 Fusion Titanium. I just noticed online that the Ford Remote Access App is now compatible with the 2014 Fusion. Anyone have any idea how to program it to work with my car? Like some other users here I noticed today that the Climate Control options on my 2013 Ford Fusion (mine's a hybrid, not sure if that matters) are all greyed out. I recently took the car in for one of the recalls for some sort of flash and honestly I'm not sure if that's what changed the options to grey and unavilable or not. Now that it's getting colder I noticed that when I used the remote start the seats arne't warm and the front and rear defrosters weren't on and when I tried to change the setting everything was grey From what I've read I suppose that I'll need to take it into the dealership and printing out someting that says: Remote Start options greyed out from research I have found 3 possible solutions 3 possible solutions. TSB 13-05-28 TSB 13-4-4 Or update the instrument cluster. If these don't work then the tech needs to go through the remote start enable process and recheck for the cluster enable not being set in Module Programming/Programmable Parameters on IDS There are 2 parameters that must be set, along with equipment flags. Often a tech that doesn't do lots of these will only enable one, because he doesn't expect there to be multiple. Anyone have any other suggestions? He said it was just a $100 add on through one of there suppliers. So I got it and now he said it's going to be $550 with installation. Any way did anyone receive an aftermarket remote start and is it worth it?
