My 2010 Fusion has a small rust area under the top edge of the windsheild. Narrow, about 1.5" side to side extending about .5" under the glass. Any way to mitigate this that's less intrusive than removing and remounting the windsheild? -
I have a 2010 Fusion SE with a sunroof. Below both rear doors by there is an unusual amount of rust compared to the rest of the car. (About a 3x12" hole / damage) I'm wondering if the sun roof drains in this area for two reasons. One is that the cause? And two I plan to do a very backyard rust repair where you use expanding foam to fill in the huge hole and I don't want to clog the sunroof drains. I'll probably end up running water down the drain to see where it starts draining but if you know, it would make me feel better to know ahead of time!

Hello everyone I have a 2008 Ford Fusion 3.0l V6 which rusted the tube that connects the engine block with the water pump hose. I've tried to find the part, but I'm not sure what it could be. I found this tube that looks like the one that broke through the rust. Anyone who knows the part number? I just bought my 2010 fusion sport about a month ago and I was in Cincinnati visiting family and my cousin showed me his brake calibers and they look like they have rusted. Is this what I have to look for in the future with my car? Does anyone else have this problem with their calibers? Thanks in Advance
