  1. This has been a completely random occurrence ever since it has begun. So what the vehicle does is it will lose power (not electrical though), shake like it's trying to go, then the RPMs will drop to zero and the engine will cut off. After putting the car back in park and turning I back on it doesn't happen again, except for this one time I happened twice within 2 mins. The car struggles to crank back on but it does it within 5-10 seconds, but as I stated earlier, this occurrence is very random. Some times I can go months without it happening and some times it will happen twice in a week. I'm not really sure what could be the cause. Anyone got any ideas?
  2. I have a 2008 Ford Fusion SE with 50,100 miles, which has a slight front end wobble or shaking issue when accelerating between the speeds of 20-25 mph which goes away after reaching 25mph. The tires are wearing perfectly. There are no noises, just a slight shimmy or shaking as previously stated. Has anyone else experienced something similar? I brought it in to a Ford dearer but they weren't able to pin it down at the time. But now that its getting more noticeable I plan on bringing it in again. Anyone have an ideas what they should be checking for? I live in Minneapolis, any suggestions on where to bring it to have it repaired. Thanks
  3. My 2012 Fusion V6 3.0L FWD shakes when cranking, especially after sitting for a while. I have tried Rislone but it did not solve the problem. It used to happen once in a while, but I think it became more frequent after an oil change at the local Ford dealer about half a month ago. Mostly, it shakes for less than a second after I turn the key about a second. Some people say maybe the oil filter was not installed properly or the drain back valve was damaged, so after sitting a while it will be a dry start. I think if this is the case, it will accelerate engine wear. Some say maybe it's problem of air leak or ICV. Do you guys have similar problem? I emailed the dealer days ago, but they did not get back to me, while they contacted me within half an hour when I scheduled the oil change. I am really pissed off. Someone please chim in and shed some light on this. Thanks.
