  1. I had a check engine on my 14 S Hybrid that came back with P26CA & U019F as the 2 top results when scanned. After some research all signs point to the electric coolant pump (DS7Z8C419D, PW611, & PW544) and its harness connector. Of the limited amount of info I've found on google and YouTube, i cannot find anything that shows where this is located. Does anyone have experience with this?
  2. Hi I’m new to this forum but I have a 2012 Ford Fusion SE that has multiple water leaks. The first is a leak on either side of the trunk where the jack trays are I’ve noticed that when it rains water collects in these areas. I’ve sealed some of the parts where the clips go through with silicone and it seems to have helped just wondering if this is a common issue on these cars. Also I’m waiting on a new sunroof as the seal has a gap and rusted the frame; I used some silicone on that as well to keep most water out until I can replace it (hard to get replacement with virus right now). The headliner only gets wet on the drivers side corner, however driving home today water started dripping out of the sunglass holder but the headliner in the middle is perfectly dry... would that be part of the sunroof issue? Or a possible issue with the windshield seal? The drains are also working by the way. Sorry for the long post I’m just hoping I can get this figured out any help is appreciated. Thanks
  3. Hey there, So today there were killer rain and flash floods here in Deep South Texas. I was driving home and was pulling out of a walgreens parking lot and drove into deeper water than i thought there was. I heard a scrape and watched the water splash. I drove a little bit further and all of a sudden i hear a thud and look behind me and see that my driver side wheel well /fender cover is ripped off as well as long skinny guard that is directly connected to the bumper. (I have had some body issues and that little skinny part was already breaking off. ) All of a sudden i got the wrench light and the check engine light. I got home and let the car sit for a bit (10-15 minutes) and then went out there with my little bluetooth OBD2 reader. I read the code and it comes up as P0713 - transmission fluid temperature sensor circuit high input . The check engine light is still on but the wrench light has since gone away. Does anyone what may have cause this? I would like to fix this myself it is simple (praying) or would i be able to drive it to the dealer. I was like a quarter mile from when it happened to my house but that drive back, i did not notice any sort of issues or clunking or anything. I am scouring the internet, but cannot come up with anything. It is now dark so i cannot go check it out further but will be doing that tomorrow if it is dry enough
  4. Noticed floor board and carpet wet yesterday. Decided to do some investigating an found my problem. One problem after another. Can't wait to give ford back their POS.
  5. Hey Folks - I currently own a 2012 Ford Fusion Sport with 13,000 miles on it. It's only dealer maintained and never been in an accident. I've recently started started having problems, and I'm wondering if anyone else has seen the same issue. Over the fall and winter, I've started noticing moisture building up on the inside of the car when it rains or snow melts. As the temperatures have dropped, things have now started freezing on the inside of the car - (windows frosting up on the inside when there's no frost on the outside) as well as the display on the center stack (which shows the radio station etc...) freezing from the inside (which is now cloudy from the frost). After it rains, the windows will fog up on the inside. I tore the car apart and could not find water anywhere.... but the windows continue to fog/freeze on the inside and now it smells musty. I brought the car into the dealer who has informed me that there was a leak on the seal from the rear window which needed fixing. I then got another call from the dealer yesterday afternoon stating that they found a second leak somewhere in the front of the car and needed to keep it longer to further investigate. Recently, I've started having electrical gremlins (Blind spot sensors not working and giving me errors on the dash that they were not available) as well as the Sync turn by turn directions (which I use often) freezing and not wanting to download/or cannot find my location (Problems which I've never had) - and I'm wondering if this is the result of this water/moisture, and now thinking about long-term what this is going to-do to all the electrical wiring/connections in the car. Anyone ever have problems like this? I'm rather concerned as I do travel long distance for work a few times/month (spent 8 1/2 hrs in the car on Monday) and with my allergies and the musty smell - now I know why I was all stuffed up etc... after being in the car. The dealer has been absolutely wonderful - giving me a new Taurus as a rental and I could not have a negative thing to say about them - very very accommodating in every way possible - I'm just wondering if I should get rid of the car - I can only imagine what this moisture has done to it... Anyone have any thoughts - I'm really torn here... and frankly not sure I'd go with another Ford product if this is the sort of factory defects I'm finding.... Thanks in advance everyone!!!

    Clean Seats

So, my 2011 Fusion has seats in it that are kinda a weird material. They are not leather, but they don't feel like cloth either, they are like a weird nylon or something. Anyways, I am trying to find the best way to clean them. These seats seem to get stained by everything under the sun including water. Has anyone had any luck cleaning these types of seats?
