b_derksen
I have had a 2010 Hybrid with Sony sound since last July. I always set the Bass to +3, Treble to +2, and Fade to -1. A couple of times over the winter I noticed the sound seemed flat so I checked the levels and Bass/Treble both zeroed out, Fade stayed at -1. I am normally the only driver of the car, but the first time I thought someone else must have adjusted it. Then a month or so later it happened again. It continued to happen about every month or so, give or take. Now it is happening more often, 3 times in the last week. If the Fade also zeroed out then I would think the radio was losing memory (possibly voltage) but that doesn't seem to be the case. Has anybody else come across this? brand1399
I have the same issue! I thought i was going insane. I have the SEL with the same speakers. cold fusion
The other day I was sitting in the car with the engine off and I was listening to the radio. I made a handsfree call using sync, while I was talking I started the engine, when I finished the call and the radio came back on I noticed that it sounded different, I checked the stettings and the bass and treble had reset back to zero. I set them both back up to max and repeated the same procedure 2 more times and the result was the same, the bass and treble reset themselves to zero each time I did this.
