FusionNewbie
Couldn't agree with you more on the spoiler (looks slightly unnatural to me for whatever reason) and the drivers assist stuff. I went with the moon roof because I've never had one...figured why not. I'll check that link in a few days though, thanks for the heads up!
Pers69
http://fordlabels.webview.biz/webviewhybrid/WindowSticker.aspx?vin=3fa6p0d92dr240984 Odd - thought the gas Ti came with dual integrated exhaust tips. Can't be sure - but sure does read like a single bright exhaust tip now.
robd23
As far as I know, it does come with dual. I'll be pissed off if it doesn't.
FusionNewbie
I looked up a couple of other Titanium window stickers for you...there has been a noticeable difference in how they classify them. Early orders had the full, written out -"Dual integrated exhaust - chrome" listed. I pulled up an SE which had "Exhaust tips - bright," and another titanium which had "Exhaust tip - chrome". There's probably something funky in the system but I have to believe somewhere along the manufacturing process they automatically put the dual exhaust on the Ti orders...
green.cubic
I just noticed that my ford label is available now as well! Awesome http://fordlabels.webview.biz/webviewhybrid/WindowSticker.aspx?vin=3FA6P0LU2DR240098
green.cubic
You know I just had a thought - all these cars being built the week of Feb 4th, or in my case ON Feb 4th - I hope I'm not setting myself up for failure considering the "Big Game" is on Sunday...

hermans
They are known for playing tic-tac-toe on the frame of your car while it's being built. Also leaving Mexican music CDs in you CD player. Edited February 1, 2013 by hermans

robd23
Today's my alleged build date! Huzzah! I wish they had a way to track it through the factory. I think it would be neat to see pictures of your car being built.
green.cubic
I wonder how long it will take to deliver the car to the factory once it's built. I'm sure it goes through a quality control process post build and probably something extra once it actually reaches the dealer. I'm out of CT so it will have to travel across the states to get here as well.
FusionNewbie
I'm guessing 2-4 weeks. I just called Ford customer service and was told my vehicle is currently under production..since my dealer gave me a build date of 2/9 it looks like it's a bit early! We should all be receiving an ETA shortly after production/QC is completed.

I was guessing 1-2 weeks, looks close!
FusionNewbie
Damn, that's awesome! It got out of there a lot quicker than I expected...12 days from Mexico to Chicago is pretty good. Seeing as how my build date is the 9th, hopefully mine comes around the 21st!
FusionNewbie
Dealer and Ford CS both say it's "in production" but still doesn't have an ETA date...I was under the impression that you receive an ETA as soon as it's on the assembly line. I have a bad feeling about this...anyone know what "in production" truly means?
robd23
I called CS thursday and they said it was in transit but didn't have an ETA. cyberdman over at blue oval had an ETA for me the next morning. I wouldn't get caught up on them not having the info for you.
FusionNewbie
Fair enough: ETIS just showed the build date as yesterday so hopefully my dealer tells me it's on the way soon. On another note: does anyone know if the paddle shifters come standard with the 2.0L or does it only come with the Ti model? FusionNewbie
Finally have an ETA of 3/2!
green.cubic
I got an ETA today from my dealer of 2/25/2013. Ordered 1/12/2013 so that would be 6 weeks and two days if they come through. Dealer originally told me 6-8 weeks so he's on target.
FusionNewbie
Wow, 6-8 weeks is pretty awesome seeing what others have gone through. On another note: Ford just released a 0% APR financing deal up through 2/28...my ETA is 3/1 (the day after...argh). I have a loan approved for 2% through my local credit union; is it plausible to sign the bill of sale the day before to lock in the 0% APR or is that not advisable? I have the credit to qualify, so it's just a matter of timing...thoughts?

You may be better off keeping the rebate and your 2% financing. Do the math. Edited February 15, 2013 by akirby
