Ordered a '13 2.0 EB! 2 week holiday delay?

Recommended Posts

I looked up a couple of other Titanium window stickers for you...there has been a noticeable difference in how they classify them. Early orders had the full, written out -"Dual integrated exhaust - chrome" listed. I pulled up an SE which had "Exhaust tips - bright," and another titanium which had "Exhaust tip - chrome". There's probably something funky in the system but I have to believe somewhere along the manufacturing process they automatically put the dual exhaust on the Ti orders...

You know I just had a thought - all these cars being built the week of Feb 4th, or in my case ON Feb 4th - I hope I'm not setting myself up for failure considering the "Big Game" is on Sunday...

I have a feeling the fine workers in Hermosillo don't give a rats ass about the Super Bowl...they're into a different kind of football.

Nice car - were I to bail on my Ti version would get almost the same.

Only changes ... dune interior - 18" wheels and moonroof.

Congrats.

I wonder how long it will take to deliver the car to the factory once it's built. I'm sure it goes through a quality control process post build and probably something extra once it actually reaches the dealer. I'm out of CT so it will have to travel across the states to get here as well.

Mine was built the 6th and is on its way here. ETA of 2/18. I was guessing 1-2 weeks, looks close!

Fair enough: ETIS just showed the build date as yesterday so hopefully my dealer tells me it's on the way soon.

On another note: does anyone know if the paddle shifters come standard with the 2.0L or does it only come with the Ti model?

Its not titanium specific. Spec out an SE with the 2.0 and it has them also

Wow, 6-8 weeks is pretty awesome seeing what others have gone through.

On another note: Ford just released a 0% APR financing deal up through 2/28...my ETA is 3/1 (the day after...argh). I have a loan approved for 2% through my local credit union; is it plausible to sign the bill of sale the day before to lock in the 0% APR or is that not advisable? I have the credit to qualify, so it's just a matter of timing...thoughts?

The 0% is in lieu of the $1500 cash rebate. One or the other, not both. You may be better off keeping the rebate and your 2% financing. Do the math.
