The TPMS is in them and they are nitrogen filled. ready to bolt on. I would even be interested in meeting half way or something.I'm in Denver, The rimsare not perfect and have some normal wear (too close to the curb) but perfectly balanced and not noticeable unless you rub your hand on it. Sorry for the poor quality it was when i first bought the car a few months ago and I now have winter tires on so theserims and tires are in storage ready to be mounted. I would take $1000 for everything rims, rubber, TMPS, nitrogen, balanced. They sell for hundreds more on ebay, but I would be willing to meet you as well. the tires themselves sell for over $180 each and TPMS are usually $70 each for oem, to have them balanced is usually $15-30 a tire and nitrogen (great for going sea level to mountain top without psi change... ie better mpg/reliability).
