Frank F
Awesome. Purchase a new Fusion, get arrested, and vehicle confiscated before you even leave the dealer lot. Do you still have to make the payments in that scenario?

ClaveMan
Man, to think somebody could have rented those Fusions... I can't say this is true everywhere.. but in most jurisdictions in the US, if the police pull you over, with say 4 people in the car, and one of them has an illegal substance in their bag in the trunk - ALL can be arrested on charges of drug possession - an automatic felony in Arizona. Son of a friend of mine hooked up on Craigslist for a shared ride back to college after Christmas. They were pulled over for speeding 400 miles into trip. The Craigslist stranger had "a bag" in his trunk. My friend (parent) had to pay bail and hire a lawyer before a prosecutor dropped the charges (the other student had a rap sheet). State by state possession is a felony chart.
