Hi DMM. :D The information on recommended shift points is in your Owners Manual. Look in the Index under "Transmission" > "Manual Operation". I believe it is approximately pages 181-182. It will give you the recommended shift points. Anything above those recommended shift points puts "stress on the drive train". You just need to decide how much stress you want to apply.
