Timing replacement - Torque specs

Hello,

I am chasing issues with my wife's 2011 2.5, and I am dealing with what I am 99% sure is a broken phaser. Sound is loudest when I stethoscope the corner of the head closest to the phaser. I had the valve cover off already and couldn't see any obvious damage, but the camshaft does have some play relative to the timing sprocket on the phaser, so I am guessing the spring inside is broken or something. I pulled codes and I don't remember the code, but it indicates a detected over retarded position, so all signs to me point to a broken phaser.

I have ordered timing parts and I have the tools to hold everything in place to time it. I'm familiar with the timing procedure itself, but I am wondering if anyone can help me with the critical bolt torquing procedure/specs for this engine since it is not keyed timing and there are "diamond washers" to hold the crank gear in place. I don't want to under torque the bolts and have it slip on me! This engine runs well otherwise and is quite clean inside for its age so I don't want to wreck it.

Thanks in advance!
