Wheel Bearing problems

I own a 2007 Fusion V6 with AWD. It handles beautifully even in the ice and the snow. I bought the car used from Ford dealer who gave me an extended 75,000 mile warranty. The car was making a grinding noise and I brought in to the Ford Dealership and 3 of the 4 front wheel bearings had to be replaced. The service person says the bearings were damaged because I hit curbs. I actually haven't hit curbs so that can't be the cause of the failure. I am wondering if anyone else with a Fusion AWD has had wheel bearing problems. My car had approx. 47,000 miles on it when they replaced the bearings.

I own a 2006 Fusion had about 55,000 miles on it when one of the wheel bearings went out on it. I never hit any curbs or anything but did have to really stomp on the brakes a day or

two before the bearing s went out on one of the front wheels. Made the same grinding noise I thought it was odd that a wheel bearing could go out on a car with under 100,000 miles

and never ran into a curb or anything else.
