munruss Posted July 20, 2011 Share Posted July 20, 2011 Have a 2010 Sport with 15,000 miles. A rattle started and it was coming from the headliner. Well, after visiting the dealership and finding out that there are magnets and velcro that holds some things together, Ford is replacing the entire headliner.
