Please No !!!!!

This will then become like the other forums where you search for new topics and havew to wade through hundreds of topics about Whats your favorite color to find the few topics about cars.

only if you're an idiot and cannot figure out how to filter your search.

I guess I'm an idiot! I just went to Ford Fusion Club Forums , Clicked on "Show posts since my last visit" and got the usual "How many Lesbians have V6's " Posts mixed up with a few posts about cars. I like this forum. We do not need a Lounge. Go to MySpace.

you're basically asking this site to keep from growing. if there is activity here, it will get bigger... and in turn, more Fusion related tech/information will show up. you don't like the lounge, don't click on it. can't get any easier than that.

I remember when MTV showed music videos.

This forum is special because of its typically strict adherance to Fusion/Milan/MKZ/Ford subject matter. Social crap is social crap. I personally prefer quality over quantity on a car forum.

quality over quantity is key, sure. But wouldn't it be nice to be able to BS a little with other people enjoying the same cars as you? organize local get togethers based on having these cars in common? if you have an active forum here, you are more likely to achieve the quality you desire in the not so active forums because if something is happening often here, those members will be more inclined to post other, quality, content.

and you guys are acting like just because it's a "lounge" that there cant' be rules and the place just has to be crazy. not so. make rules, keep it clean, but just have an open forum to basic chit chat between members, so the forums where the quality should be, don't get weighed down with mindless chit chat.

Dude... I'm in New Orleans. You're in Las Vegas. Who knows where the other 10-12 active posters live. This isn't some "local car scene" forum. We're not going to all get together and shoot the shit about Ford Fusions on a Saturday night in the parking lot of the Burger King down the street.

This is a good forum for sharing information about the CD3 platform, vehicle ownership experience, and potential service issues.

Why are you here?
