Jessica Graves
Hello all, I just bought a 2014 Fusion with cloth seats, and want to get them covered for protection. Any suggestions on good companies for seat covers that fit well? I've looked at Carid, but wondered if anyone else had suggestions..Thanks.
DDJOHN02
Jessica, I tried Cover Kings on a previous car and was really disappointed. I like the design on the factory fabric seat...if money is no object get a Katzkin interior professionally installed. I would love to hear if someone has had success with a cover instead of a replacement..it would be a heck of alot cheaper.
Mikey14SE
Not trying to rain on your parade, but I would access your owners manual in the AIrbag section and reference this statement:"Do not use accessory seat covers. The use of accessory seat covers may prevent the deployment of the side airbags and increase the risk of injury in an accident" I wouldn't put seat covers on, but that's just me.
Taurus
Jessica, while it's not an answer that you're looking for, I'd say use your factory seats as is, due to seat airbags. When (and if) time comes, you can buy another set of seats or upgrade to leather from an auto-recycler (junk yard).
bj93bb94
Has anyone found a rear seat cover that accommodates the folding armrest in the center? Coverkings doesn't have "data" for the ford fusion.. Being an extremely popular car, I found that a little surprising. Thats okay though, cause I'm not interested in spending $300 on a seat cover lol

Being an extremely popular car, I found that a little surprising. Thats okay though, cause I'm not interested in spending $300 on a seat cover lol Check out Wet Okole seat covers, they do ask the question 'REAR SEATS ONLY: Does the rear seat have a fold down arm rest ?' as one of the many questions asked (It's actually the last question asked). One of the questions asks about seat airbags too. I have these covers in my truck, and they are outstanding, you can even add heated seats into the covers if you don't already have that option. They are certainly not cheap either, but they fit great, most people don't realize that my truck has seat covers installed. FYI: Don't know if it applies to you, but Wet Okole gives a 20% discount for Police, Fire, EMS, and Military personnel.
TXFRDOwner
This one specify "Side Airbags" on the description. So I think they factor that in. ROADWIRE Same with LEATHERSEATS.COM ... When you're choosing the options, Airbag is one of them and rear seat has the armrest option. Unless you're going with Vinyl, ... Leather covers will run you anywhere between $1200 to $1600. Or keep an eye out on ebay. That's the route I went. I had manual cloth seats and I found a complete leather interior set on ebay for a little bit over $1000 Shipped (powered and heated front black leather seats and rear Leather seats w/ armrest)
bj93bb94
Thanks so much for the responses, I've been lost for a couple hours playing around with the options. Ask and you shall receive. The leatherseats.com looks super nice, but I'm not sure if I can justify spending that much on a set of seat covers lol.

MonoxideChild
You really cant go wrong with Katzkin covers. I installed a set on my old Mazda 626 a few years ago, and they were vastly BETTER then the OEM stock leather. Im talking a better material, and it was all triple stitched!
