Line-in Sound Volume Issue

Recently did some work on my '13 Fusion which involved disconnecting the battery. Once it was up and running again, I noticed that the volume for using an iPod through the AUX line-in Sync port was significantly lower than the volume of the radio music. I've tried trouble shooting by using a similar but different iPod and tried different audio cables. Nothing has made a difference. I tried using the USB port and the volume there is normal so the problem seems to be isolated to using the 3.5mm AUX port. Has anyone here heard of or experienced this issue? It's very perplexing and frustrating.

Thanks

Hi jschutte,

You've done some great troubleshooting so far! Which system is your Fusion equipped with? If you're not sure, follow this link to find out: http://owner.ford.com/how-tos/sync-technology/all/get-started-with-sync/how-to-identify-your-sync-version.html
