Ford Fusion Differences ('10, '11, and '12) Sport

I'm hoping this is the right place to be posting this, but I'm wondering if there is a real difference between between the '10-'12 models that would be noticeable. I plan on getting a Ford Fusion within a few months and I'm looking at a nice 2011 Sport version, however it's a 3 hour drive to get it while there's a nice 2010 model pretty much 20 minutes away. I'm trying to figure out if there is a real difference and if I would miss out on any decent updates if I decide to get the 2010 instead of the 2011 version.

Thanks for helping in advance.
