letsgobuffalo12
Hi, I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium w/19" rims. I live in Buffalo NY and winter is quickly approaching. I was looking at putting on a set of 'winter rims' and tires. I looked up the bolt pattern and it specifies as a 5x108. I typed this into craigslist and found a set of 4-16" rims with a 5x108 bolt pattern off of a 98 Ford Taurus. It states that the rims are OEM of that car. Does anyone know if these will work? I know close to nothing about cars so I hope that i have given sufficient information. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!
fusionff
The stock wheels from a 1998 Taurus have the correct bolt pattern, and the hub size is 63.4mm, which I believe is the same as your 2013 Fusion. The Taurus wheels have an offset of 42mm, which should also fit on your Fusion. It looks like they would work.
letsgobuffalo12
Thank you for your help. The person I was going to buy them from actually ended up selling them before I could get to them--so I am still looking. Now the rims on my car are the 19" rims, what would be the smallest rim size I could go? I would assume no smaller than 16" but wasn't sure. Thanks again!
fusionff
Yeah, 16" is the smallest wheel that clears the brake components.
