Exact model & year of the car 2. Male or Female 3. Age 4. Where do you live 5. If you had any infraction to your Driver Liscense(in the past 36 months) 6. Price of your insurance(specified Can$ or US$) Example for me 1. 2008 Ford Fusion SEL v6 AWD 2. Male 3. 25 yrs old 4. Cold Lake, Alberta, Canada 5.
