Tyleryac
Hi All- I have a 2016 SE with the tech package, and I am looking to upgrade all of the speakers. Here is what I have ordered so far... Front: Infinity Reference 6500CX Component (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007SNMQDQ?ref_=cm_sw_r_cp_awd_RUD7wbZH8MTNA&tag=ds0233-20) Rear: Infinity REF-6502ix Coaxial (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00803LE2W?ref_=cm_sw_r_cp_awd_PTD7wb6A01FC4&tag=ds0233-20) Amp: Kicker CXA300.4 (http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_107703_Kicker-CXA300.4-43CXA3004.html) Are there rear deck speakers in my Fusion with the tech package? If so, what size are they? I think the Infinity speakers paired with the amp will work well, I have considered exchanging them for Infinity Kappas, and a better amp; however, I think I will stick with what I ordered.

Tyleryac
Ok, I still have not had anything installed because every installer I went to has recommended something different. Here are my options... 1) Replace factory component speakers with new component speakers2) Keep factory tweeter and replace component woofer with coaxial speaker3) Replace factory component speakers with new components and add ampI am not sure which avenue to go down for overall sound quality. Any input would be appreciated.
skylinebgrd
Hello! I'm new here but I do have some input, though it may be too late. In my truck (Tundra) I kept my factory tweeters in but replaced the other speakers with components (mids up front, lows in the rear.) The tweeters actually surprised me and did very well when the highs were filtered only to them.
piloboysdad
I would start with disabling the factory ACM processing.. it will make a huge difference from the beginning.. How is this done? I replaced all my OEM speakers with some Kicker speakers and can't barely hear an improvement.
