mixedfusion Posted October 29, 2016 Share Posted October 29, 2016 hey everyone, 2007 ford fusion v6 sel, 239 xxx KMs i've been trying to figure out this misfire, p301, no other codes. I've put in new plugs, swapped all the coils from the back of the motor to the front, and swapped injector 1 with injector 2, and tried cleaning them. I've also cleared the code and tried running the car with out the MAF plugged in and the misfire light came back. I have checked for compression, after 5 revolutions the motor built up to 165 psi, and in a leak down test it was losing less than 5%. So the motor seems good. this is just mind numbing!! The car only misfires when it is cold, when the car warms up, it will not misfire. While misfiring it is not a violent misfire. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
