letsgobuffalo12
Hello all, I have a '13 Ford Fusion Titanium and just recently my navigation seems to be off. When I input an address for directions it picks up that I am located on 3-5 streets over; it doesn't happen all the time but it sure is a pain when it does. When I first start up the car I am on the correct road but once I put in an address and go for a few miles it will put me in a different area which then gives me totally different directions. Has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas? Thanks in advance! Kyle
hermans
It used to happen to me and the dealer re-flashed it. It tried a master reset and that didn't work.

hermans
No the car was still under warranty. I've bought several cars from this dealer they turned on the DRLs on my '13 FFH and my '13 MKZh for free. I've heard of other dealers charging $50 to do it. Depends on what kind of relationship you have with them. Edited January 25, 2017 by hermans

What do you recommend that I do? Just go to the dealer where I bought it?

akirby
Is there anything I can do to fix it? According to the TSB you need a module reprogrammed and that's a dealer item. Shouldn't be terribly expensive.

You can always try a master reset, but it you're probably best at the dealer. To reset the system: http://owner.ford.com/how-tos/sync-technology/myford-touch/phone-setup/how-to-perform-a-master-reset.html?sync=my-ford-touch Cara
