con_fusion
From looking at the shop manuals, it looks like the tire pressure sensors on my 2010 SEL would be the valve stem type vs. the band type. I'm having an issue with the tire pressure sensor fault message. Due for tires soon so it might be the time to change them. My SEL has the aluminum alloy wheels. Is there a way to tell for sure? Thanks
drolds1
Yes, you have the valve stem sensors. If they've never been replaced, the batteries may be dying or dead by now. Depending on the type of battery, the expected life is 5-10 years. Yours are right there.
