2011 Ford Fusion DR - Blower Motor Wire (in passenger floorboard)

I Have been having this issue for some time now. My AC and heat will work a portion of the time, but it will shut off at random times. I can hear the actual AC itself running, but the blower motor isn't blowing the cool air into the car. Same goes for the heat when it is on. I learned that there is a wire in my passenger floorboard. It might have a short or the blower motor might be going bad because I sometimes have to wiggle The Wire to get the blower motor to come on. Sometimes it's a pain and I just have to ride around in the heat during a hot summer. Also, two note, who's the wire will sometimes get hot when I'm trying to wiggle it. I don't know how to fix it, because it's annoying during cold winters and hot summers.
