I have settled on the options that I would like and it is nearly impossible to find the car I want. I have worn out my mouse on ford.com trying to search through the dealers inventory. Twice I have found the car in a dealers inventory, and both times it was a dealer demo car. Is there a way to do a global search at ford? I am looking for: 2009 SE Fusion V6 Blue Suede package Advance Trac with ESC Preferably in Silver, Ink Blue or Black with a spoiler Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hi goofy. :D Unfortunately, there is no way for a customer to do a "global search". You can only search by ZIP Code on Forddirect.com, one ZIP at a time. Unfortunately, you are at the mercy of the fact that you are ordering last years model (even though it is 2009), as the 2010's have been released. Plus the "Blue Suede Package" is a limited and sought after model. Dealers can do a more thorough search, so you may be better off going directly to a Dealer and allowing them to locate a vehicle, if possible. You may need to widen your limitations on a 2009, or think about a 2010. Have you considered Factory Ordering a 2010? Between you, me and the rest of the Internet, I always Factory Order my new cars (since my first new car many years ago). You order the exact car you want, in the exact interior and exterior colors you want. You order it with all of the options and equipment you would like, without settling for missing or additional (added cost) equipment that you did not want. It comes in with your name on it and is taken in the back to be prepped for you. It does not sit on the lot, or get and get test driven roughly by god knows who, or parents with chocolate fingered kids. Just a helpful recommendation. Unfortunately I think you have just plain waited too long. I am under the impression there have been hardly any '09 models made since the first of the year. Of the local dealers here, I saw maybe 3 Fusions with blue seude. All seem to be V6 with SEL. A couple are silver, 1 is sport blue. I think all have moonroof. Unfortunately, I have seen the blue one at my dealer in the showroom, they have added an accessory body flare kit for $2,500 that I am sure they would love to sell. I am in Louisville KY by the way.
