cngrevolution Posted May 5, 2009 Share Posted May 5, 2009 Well some of you guys are doing better than me. I ordered mine on 4/20 and I checked with Ford and they can't even pull anything up. The guy told me when I gave him my dealer code, body code, and order number that it computer just shows an error. Grey Posted May 10, 2009 Share Posted May 10, 2009 The date on the sticker may be the Monday of the week your unit was scheduled to be built. I should be able to pick it up in the next day or two!!! I spoke with a Ford CSR this morning (May 20th) , who - by the way - was an excellent help, said that it was built, shipped, and "on/off" ramp (I can never remember how that works) with a scheduled dealer delivery date of between May 19 and May 26th. Wahoo! I am so glad that I bought a Ford (my first American car in 22 years). I had considered a Camry, Malibu and Sonata - but the only one that was available in AWD was the Fusion. I am a gadget guy (love Mac computers and I have an iPhone) and ordered this car with every gadget available! Sticker was North of $32,500, my cost was a tad under $30K. Due to arrive in Philadelphia area on or about Tuesday June 2. I think if you order your FFH, you may get a "build week" date from your dealer.
