Marj Posted December 12, 2018 Share Posted December 12, 2018 The battery on my Ford Fusion Hybrid died... the small one.... and I replaced it. I expected the radio and clock to be gone but now I start it and it runs a bit and dies. A message tells me to stop the car safely now. Kippen Posted January 3, 2019 Share Posted January 3, 2019 I have a question regarding using a solar charger to keep the battery charged over extended periods of inactivity such as sitting in an airport car park. bangster Posted January 3, 2019 Share Posted January 3, 2019 I have one and it is pretty handy, but with your 2018 the power points shut off after I think 30/45 minutes, so you would likely have to use the direct to battery clips instead of plugging it into the powerpoint. I am not sure if anyone has decoded the details for the 2018 and figure out how to change that, people have changed that using Forscan or Foccus for 2013 up cars, just not sure about 2018s yet. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
