Hey  y’all I need some help!!!! I have a 2013 Titanium Ford Fusion Ecoboost that is a 1,000 over the 60,000 mile warranty and my car will make a loud “farting” noise from the gas tank and within a couple minutes my car completely dies. I have noticed it only does it when the outside temperature is 55 or higher. It had been going on for about 6 months but would not throw or any   warnings until like two months ago and my check engine light finally came on I had the diagnostics test ran and the part that was supposedly throwing the code does not even go on this car. I really need help I love my car but no one knows what’s wrong with it!!! I have seen many threads like this but I couldn’t find a direct answer. Please help

Hi Brooke. What were the code/codes you received?

Blind Internet diagnosis? Sounds like a problem with a fuel tank pressure sensor/valve.

Post the codes here, and hopefully one of our tech members will jump in and help you.

Good luck.
