CBPlatBerg18
Hello, i have a 2017 Fusion Platinum with a 2.0 Eco boost. Ive had it for a year now (bought new) and a little over 18,000 miles on it. I take it to get oil changes around 7500 miles, and no issues so far. Has anyone had any issues with the 2.0 engine?? just want to know what i could expect..thanks!

I have a 2013 SE with 2.0L Ecoboost and I've experienced no issues with the engine. I have >120k miles now. Changing oil at 7500 is a good range to change it at, a little early, but better than doing it at the arbitrary 3000 that most people are stuck on. I just did spark plugs at 100k not long ago and it's just purring along. The only strange thing I've ever had was the stutter that happens after filling up the gas tank.
CBPlatBerg18
Good to know, thanks i was going to do 10K mile interval the manual and App tell me but my local ford dealer told me to do it around 7500 and 8500 as longer and oil gets thick and could cause issues.
