How do I wire strip led’s as daytime running lights for my 2014 Ford Fusion. Ideally I’d like them to stay on anytime I have the car on so I’m not sure if there is a specific way to wire them or not. Any help would be appreciated.

Find a single Micro fused circuit in the top of the power distribution box under the hood that is hot in RUN or RUN and START and use a fuse tap/add a circuit to it. I would find something that is less critical than anything for the PCM, or one for something you don't have. I think there is at least 2 spare spots, but not sure if they are constant or run or run/start, but you can check that easy enough.

In the owner's manual in the fuse chart if it is powered in RUN or START it is annotated as such.

Fuse 20 in the battery junction box would be a good choice (lighting - run/start).
