skrossiter
I'm about to change the coolant and at the 62,000 mile mark thought the thermostat and coolant temp sensor would be good preventative replacements. Getting an actual location from the 2006-14 Chilton Repair Manual or 2012 Service Manual DVD have not been helpful. One post for a 2010 3.0L said it was directly below the throttle body and I am guessing it is the item circled in the attached photo. Has anyone made this replacement on a 2012 3.0L Flex?

I encountered a similar issue while seeking info from manuals. Based on a post, the thermostat seems to be below the throttle body, but seeking advice from someone who's replaced it on a 2012 3.0L Flex would be helpful!
