oldone
I just reset my Hybrid using the Forscan procedure. It definetly brought the EV cycle back into play much more(up to 36mpg from 33 in a couple days of minimal driving). But at 179,000 miles the battery doesnt hold the charge, or have the power it used too. Ive found a few deals on HVB's out of cars with sub 100,000 miles, and considering buying one to swap it out myself. Is this a plug n play deal, or is there some kind of programming that must be done? And if so, is it something i can do at home thru the Forscan program? Thanks Jeff

VonoreTn
Mine is still working fine at 146K miles, lots of power, 42 mpg rural driving. Lower on freeway (70 mph plus), or lots of very short trips.

I think since i reset the battery i may get up in the higher 30's, but the 40's seems out of reach. Battery just doesn't pull like when it was new.
