FordFusion00
Got Husky liners in my 2018 Fusion. They do not cover a gap between the seat and the liner. What to do?
bangster
I heard that the drivers side floor pan changed in 2017 from the 2013-2016. Does it have a lip at the back but there is a raised ledge between the seat and the floor mat? I have to get some for my 2015 before winter hits and the Husky ones seem to have lower rating from users, I keep coming back to weathertech but I don't have access to my 2015 (it is my daughters at 900 miles away) to check or see what they cover. I want Husky or WeatherTech vs OEM as OEM doesn't have much of a channel for water, I think everything will end up on the carpet around them anyways.

They look much nicer than either the Husky or WeatherTech and fit/perform very well. I live in snow (and slush) country and appreciate mats with proper coverage and retention of the slop and water.
bangster
I think my daughter will wear a hole in the Maxpider ones looking at what she did to the carpeted mat in the car she drove previously. I don't really like any of the options, they all have their down falls. Perhaps if she only uses these in the winter they will last longer. She will be driving every day in winter weather, and fall can be wet as well. I also think that she rests her other foot up near the seat, also looking at wear marks on the car she used to drive, so I have to check out that as well.

The OP was posting about a poor fit of his Husky floor liners in his 2018 and you mentioned that there was a floor pan design change 2017. That's good to know. I don't understand the relevance of the discussion about buying floor liners for your daughter's 2015. Seems "out-of-scope" - not adding any information helpful to the OP.
surecry
Changed my liner to this OEM https://www.levittownfordparts.com/sku/hs7z-5413300-da.html. Not something that's really fancy compared to all weather but didn't risk because also had the same issue with my Subaru (bought it from ebay but not the entire floor is covered by the mat.
