zoomgirl Posted November 30, 2019 Share Posted November 30, 2019 (edited) I'm at my wits end! I have a 2016 Fusion Titanium. Took my car into the dealership because when I use remote start, the heat doesn't come on. The first time this happened, once the car was started, the steering wheel heater option on the touch screen was greyed out and the fan would come on at all. Did I mention it was 33 degrees Fahrenheit when this happened?! COLD. The 3rd time driving the car after that, the fan slowly started working and I at least got heat back. However, it still doesn't work during remote start. The parking lights also don't come on when in remote start. The tech said it was working when I picked the car up. It wasn't. On top of it, the panic alarm kept going off. Grrr. Needless to say the car is still at the dealership. Anyone deal with this?
